Your scallops are amazing. With others they have to be drained. Yours don’t. They require far less hassle getting them prepared—nearly needed little tissue removed! Luke’s bacon wrapped recipe is a must. Eaten with ribeye steak it doesn’t get much better! Luke’s brand is tops!

It all started in New York City. New York City?? Yep. Luke was working in New York and homesick for Maine. He traveled the city looking for that quintessential taste of home, the Maine lobster roll. Sadly, he couldn’t find one anywhere. Happily, that’s when he decided to open our first lobster shack. After all, everyone could use a little Maine in their lives.
