We founded the first Luke’s shack with a simple task in mind: serve the world’s best lobster roll. That goal hasn’t changed, we’ve just gotten better at doing it, for lobster rolls and other seafood, too. 

We launched our seafood procurement and production company in 2012 to meet our restaurants' increasing demand for top quality seafood as we grew. Our vertical integration and hands-on supply chain management allows us to grow responsibly while maintaining our commitment to serving 100% traceable seafood in all of our shacks.

We obsess over the quality of our seafood at every step, from how the lobstermen we partner with handle the lobsters on their boats, to how they are transported, to the perfect cooking specifications we’ve developed over generations of experience, and finally to our simple recipes that let our world class seafood shine.
