Membership

• What is Luke’s Rewards?
  It’s our free loyalty program. You earn points every time you dine with us and redeem them for rewards on future visits. Members also get a welcome chowder, a birthday chowder or dessert, and points on every qualifying purchase.
• How do I join?
  Sign up here, or give your phone number at checkout and scan the QR code to finish registering.
• Does it cost anything?
  Nope. Joining is free.
• What info do you need?
  Just your name, phone number, email, and birthday (so we know when to send the chowder/dessert).
• Who can see my information?
  Luke’s Lobster and our rewards partner, OLO. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Which locations participate?
  Union Square NYC, Back Bay Boston, Philadelphia, & Seattle 

Points

• How do I earn points?
  You earn 1 point for every full dollar spent before tax and tip, excluding alcohol and merch. In-shack, give your phone number at checkout before you pay. Online, make sure you’re logged in before you order.
• Forgot to check in?
  No problem. Log into your account here within 30 days of the transaction and click on “+Add Points”. and Fill out the form using either the ten-character code at the bottom of your receipt or the Order/Check number listed at the top of your receipt.
• What doesn’t earn points?
  Points aren’t earned on tax, tips, gift card purchases, third-party delivery orders, merch or alcohol.
• What does “banking” mean?
  Your points don’t convert automatically. You decide when to redeem. Grab a reward at 60 points, or hold out for 100 or 200. They stay in your account until you’re ready.
• Do my points expire?
  Points do not expire

• How do I redeem?
  In-shack, tell our teammate and give your phone number at checkout and choose the reward you want. Online, log in and select your reward at checkout. 
• What are the reward tiers?
  At 60 points, you get $5 off your next purchase. At 100 points you get $15 off your next purchase, and at 200 points you get $25 off your next purchase.
• Can I use more than one reward at a time?
  Only one reward can be redeemed per visit.
• When do I get my welcome chowder?
  It lands in your account after you register and is valid for 90 days. 
• When do I get my birthday chowder or dessert?
  It lands in your account 7 days before your birthday and is valid for 30 days after. 
• How do I check my points?
  Log in here anytime to see your balance and available rewards.
