By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and marketing text messages (e.g., order updates, promotions, and offers) from Luke's Lobster ("Luke's Lobster," "we," "us") at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Program Description:

Luke's Lobster SMS Program sends recurring marketing messages, which may include promotions, discounts, product updates, brand updates, feedback or survey requests, loyalty program notifications, and order-related notifications.

Message Frequency:

Message frequency varies.

Cost:

Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Opt-in:

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Luke's Lobster in the following ways:

Entering your phone number at checkout via Olo
Submitting a web form via website or QR Code.

Opt-out/Cancellation:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you are receiving messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
