It all started in New York City. New York City?? Yep. Luke was working in New York and homesick for Maine. He traveled the city looking for that quintessential taste of home, the Maine lobster roll. Sadly, he couldn’t find one anywhere. Happily, that’s when he and his childhood friend decided to open their first lobster shack. After all, everyone could use a little Maine in their lives.OUR STORY
