Lobster Fettuccine Alfredo
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1/ 4 cup butter
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/ 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces fettuccine
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- For the alfredo sauce, melt the butter over medium heat in a small skillet. Remove from heat, add the whipping cream and stir in the parmesan until melted and smooth.
- For the pasta, cook according to package directions. Once the pasta is cooked, scoop out a small of pasta water to help emulsify the sauce.
- Toss pasta, alfredo sauce, a splash of pasta water, and pre-cooked Luke's Lobster knuckle and claw meat together in the skillet. Continue to mix it all together to make sure the pasta and lobster are well covered in the alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper and top with more Parmesan cheese.
