How to Prepare Our Lobster Ravioli With Vodka Sauce

Introduction

Our Lobster Ravioli are stuffed with flavorful lobster meat and ricotta, paired perfectly with a creamy tomato-y vodka sauce and a cheesy, melty topping. These single-serve ravioli are easily prepared in either the oven or microwave and make for the perfect weeknight or date night meal! Pair with a simple side salad for a delicious and hearty meal with a lot less hassle.

Ingredients

  • Luke's Lobster Creamy Lobster Ravioli Alla Vodka Sauce from your local grocery store

Directions

Microwave (preferred):

  • Remove frozen tray from box and pierce film covering.
  • Place frozen tray in microwave on high for 3 minutes. Peel back film, stir, and replace film. Microwave on high for 1 more minute.
  • Let product sit for 1 minute. Remove film, stir, and enjoy!

Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 365°F. Remove frozen tray from box and remove plastic film from tray. Cover tray with aluminum foil and place on baking sheet.
  • Place baking sheet with tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover, stir, and replace foil.
  • Return to the oven to bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  • Let product sit for 1 minute. Remove foil, stir, and enjoy!
