How to Cook Our NEW Pre-Split Lobster Tails

How to Cook Our NEW Pre-Split Lobster Tails

Introduction

Introducing our Pre-Split Tails with Roasted Garlic Butter, the newest addition to our grocery line! These single-serve lobster tails are so simple to use they hardly even need a recipe but below are our two suggested preparations for them.

Ingredients

  1. Luke's Lobster Pre-Split Lobster Tails with Roasted Garlic Butter from your local Sprouts Farmer's Market

Directions

Oven (preferred)

  1. Thaw in the fridge 24 hours prior to using.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Place thawed lobster tail on oven-safe pan with shell side facing down. Make sure the butter is placed on the exposed lobster meat.
  4. Bake for 11 minutes*, until the lobster meat is opaque.
  5. Spoon any melted butter on the pan over the top of the lobster tail.
  6. Serve with steak, salad, pasta, or side dish of choice!

Stove Top

  1. Thaw in the fridge 24 hours prior to using.
  2. Preheat pan over medium-low heat.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp. of water and thawed lobster tail to pan, shell side down, with the butter on top.
  4. Cover and cook for 4 minutes*, until lobster meat is opaque.
  5. Spoon any melted butter in the pan over the top of the lobster tail.
  6. Serve with steak, salad, pasta, or side dish of your choice!

*To ensure food safety cook lobster to 165 F.
