When you receive your raw, fresh scallops store in refrigerator. Consume by end of day Sunday, February 2nd.

Description

These incredibly sweet and tender FRESH (never frozen) scallops are harvested in cold Gulf of Maine waters by local fishermen, and are available to order for two days only - all orders will arrive on Friday, January 31st! The perfect entree, we love to sear them and add to a pasta or salad! These raw scallops are pure, "dry" scallops, which means they aren't soaked in chemicals or water like the vast majority of scallops on the market.

Any products ordered with the scallops, will also arrive on Friday, January 31st!

Each pound of scallops contains approximately 10 to 20 scallops.

When will the fresh scallops arrive?

All fresh scallop orders will ship on Thursday for arrival on Friday, January 26th!

How soon should I eat the fresh scallops?

Please enjoy them by the end of the day on Sunday, January 28th!

How will the scallops be packed?

Since these scallops have never been frozen, they will be packaged with frozen gel packs, not dry ice like our frozen seafood products. If you order fresh scallops along with frozen seafood, your order will contain dry ice as well as a frozen gel pack, but will be separate with bubble wrap.
