Marinated Tuna Sashimi

With the tuna delivered to your door from our docks in Maine, and only a few other necessary ingredients, this tuna sashimi is simple but sure to impress your friends and family. 


Ingredients

  • 1lb bluefin tuna
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ponzu
  • 1 small wedge of lemon
  • Dried yuzu seasoning
  • Micro arugula or chervil sprouts

Directions

  1. Rinse and pat dry tuna.
  2. Mix garlic, soy sauce, and ponzu in a shallow pan.
  3. Thinly cut the tuna into slices and marinate in the sauce pan for 20 or so minutes.
  4. Plate the marinated tuna on a serving plate.
  5. Squeeze the lemon over the tuna and sprinkle dried yuzu on top.
  6. Top with micro sprouts and enjoy!
