Citrus Basil Tuna Steaks

Ingredients
- 2lbs bluefin tuna
- Juice & zest of 1 naval orange
- Juice & zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Canola oil, for grilling
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients above (besides tuna) together in a shallow bowl to create a marinade. Make sure your bowl is large enough to also hold the tuna
- Add tuna to bowl and marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat grill over high heat (be sure to use an oil with a high smoke point when grilling)
- Add tuna steak to grill and cook approximately 3 minutes per side depending on thickness of tuna steak.
