- 2lbs bluefin tuna
- Juice & zest of 1 naval orange
- Juice & zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
- Canola oil, for grilling
