We order from Luke's Lobster every year for my dad's Christmas present. This year, it didn't have the dessert like it did last year and we were really missing that. Otherwise, everything was delicious!

Frozen Lobster?

Did not expect frozen lobster. Have ordered from Maine Lobster Now many times and it was not frozen upon arrival. Frankly, the clam chowder in the Walmart refrigerated section is more New England-like.

Thank you so much for your feedback! All of our online market products are shipped frozen and take around 16-24 hours to thaw. We recommend ordering a day ahead to ensure that they have time to thaw. Additionally, I am very sorry to hear that the clam chowder was also not up to your expectations! I will be relaying this feedback to our Culinary team to ensure that they can improve on the formula.
