Sandwich ingredients:

  • 8 slices of bacon
  • Lettuce (Iceberg, romaine, or Boston bibb),
  • 4 slices country bread
  • 1 Avocado, sliced

Coconut Lime Mayo ingredients:

  • 6 Tbsp coconut cream
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 small garlic clove, grated
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Add all mayo ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk until combined. Refrigerate while you prepare the rest of the sandwich 
  3. Lay slices of bacon on a wire rack and place on top of the an aluminum foil-lined sheet pan. Bake bacon in 375 degree oven for 15 minutes (every oven is different so keep your eyes on it!)
  4. Lightly toast country bread in toaster, toaster oven, or broil in oven on low after bacon comes out.
  5. Spread prepared Coconut Lime mayo on both inside of all pieces of toasted bread.
  6. Add crab meat on top of mayo, followed by bacon slices, then avocado sliced, then top with lettuce (steaks, leaves, or shredded, whatever you prefer)
  7. Top with other piece of mayo’ed bread and press down lightly
  8. To substitute lettuce wraps, follow above directions, excluding the bread, and fill your choice of lettuce with mayo, crab, bacon, and avocado.
