Luke's Shipping Policy

Due to heightened delivery volume and unexpected weather delays, we recommend placing your frozen seafood orders for delivery at least 2-3 days before your occasion to ensure an on-time arrival. Please note, frozen items will need to thaw upon arrival.

We are invested in getting your sustainable seafood order to you as quickly as we can so you can enjoy! For this reason, we only use UPS premium methods to ensure your order arrives 1 day after shipping.

Shipping FAQs

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes, we have a $65 order minimum. 

What days do you deliver?
We deliver to you via UPS from Tuesday-Saturday, though not all areas have Saturday delivery available via UPS.  Orders will be shipped one day prior to your selected delivery date, using shipping methods that arrive next day. 

Where can you ship? 
We ship to all 50 states and Washington, DC at this time. Live Lobsters are not available Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to Puerto Rico or internationally at this time. 

Can I pre-order for a scheduled delivery date?
Yes! When you place your order, please choose the date on the calendar on which you would like your order to arrive. Orders can be placed up to 4 weeks in advance. 

Note: Non-seafood items (hats, tees, etc.) are shipped out within 2 days of when the order is placed, and ship via UPS Ground.

What date should I select for my order's arrival? 
Keep in mind that the UPS window for next-day air extends until 9PM local time, and any frozen items will need to thaw 16-24 hours under refrigeration prior to use. We recommend an arrival date 2-3 days prior to when you plan to use our frozen items. 

How do I track my order?
When you complete checkout, you will input your email address which will be used to send you automated tracking notifications. 
 

What kind of shipping do you use?
We ship our sustainable seafood using UPS carbon neutral shipping services that deliver your package the day after it ships out. Your package will arrive by end of day, but unfortunately we are not able to give a window of time in which is will arrive, so please plan accordingly. We ship non-seafood items (hats, tees, etc) via UPS Ground. 

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive confirmation once your order has been submitted, as well as a confirmation with tracking information once your order ships out.

What if I need to change my delivery day after I have ordered?
Please email retail@lukeslobster.com immediately. If you get in touch with us before your delivery has left our fulfillment center, we will do our best to help you reschedule your delivery. Once your package has left our site, we can’t make any changes. If you contact UPS directly to alter your shipping schedule or address, the quality of your order may be compromised. Luke's Lobster is not responsible for packages with delivery modifications made directly through UPS.

Do I have to be home for delivery?
You do not need to be home to receive your order. 

What if I submit the wrong shipping address?
Use the "Update Address" button located below your shipping address in your confirmation email to make any address edits. If you notice an error with your address after you've received a shipping notification, please email us at retail@lukeslobster.com immediately with your required updates and we will do our best to make corrections if your order has not left our facilities yet.  

Once your package has left our site, we cannot make any changes. If you contact UPS directly to alter your shipping address, the quality of your delivery date will be delays and your order may be compromised. Luke's Lobster is not responsible for packages with delivery modifications made directly through UPS.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the Unites States only, but hope to launch international shipping soon!
