One-day promotional period begins at start of business on Thursday, JUNE 15 2023, at Luke’s Lobster Upper East Side, while supplies last.
One entry per person, prize(s) are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable.
Eligibility: To be eligible for "Luke’s Lobster Upper East Side Giveaway" promotion Entrants must sign up at Luke’s Lobster Upper East Side. Each eligible Entrant must completely fill out one entry card distributed by Luke’s Lobster personnel. Entrants must be 18-years of age to participate in promotion. Employees of Luke's Lobster and all related affiliates and organizations, agents, employees, officers, contractors and agents, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Promotion subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Prize: Entrants will be eligible to receive one $250 Luke's Lobster Gift Card. Gift card is good at any physical Luke's Lobster shack in the US, with the exception of Luke's Lobster Newport. Gift card is not able to be used for Luke's Lobster Online Market. If the specified prize is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances Luke's Lobster, in its sole discretion, may substitute another prize of similar or equal value.
Winner Selection + Notification: Following the conclusion of the Entry Period, a potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible Entrants. The potential winner will be notified via email on Monday, June 19, 2023. Potential winner will be required upon Luke's request to provide verification. If a potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial notification attempt, Luke's Lobster will have the right in its sole discretion to disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate winner. Luke's Lobster subsequently will at its sole discretion continue to select and notify potential winners until one replies per the above terms to and accepts the terms of the prize.
Grant of Rights: By entering this promotion, and/or accepting the prize, all persons grant Luke's Lobster exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices and likeness in connection with the promotion and waive any claims to compensation for such use.
Release & Assumption of Risk: By entering this promotion, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Luke's Lobster and Related Entities from any and all third party liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition (collectively, “Losses”), including without limitation any third party claim for copyright infringement or a violation of an individual’s right to privacy and/or publicity right. The Giveaway shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United States and applicable state and local laws. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
General Rules: Luke’s Lobster reserves the right to suspend, modify, terminate or cancel this Giveaway at any time. These Conditions may be amended from time to time by Luke's Lobster without notice. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
