• Preheat oven to 425F. Set a wired rack in a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Wrap bacon around the outside of each scallop. If bacon strips are too wide, feel free to slice them down the center to better fit your scallops.
  • Transfer to prepared baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter.
  • Roast for about 18-20 minutes until bacon and scallops are cooked through.
  • Serve warm!
