Here's what you can expect from our lobster cakes!
- The #1 ingredient is real, wild-caught lobster meat
- 13g of protein per serving
- Lobster sourced directly from the cold, clean waters of the Gulf of Maine
- Three easy preparations; oven, stovetop, and air fryer. All ready in 11 minutes or less!
- OVEN: Preheat oven to 400F. Place frozen lobster cakes on a baking sheet. Bake for 11 minutes, until lightly browned.
- AIR FRYER: Preheat air fryer to 400F. Place frozen lobster cakes in air fryer. Cook for 6 minutes, until lightly browned.
- STOVETOP: Thaw under refrigeration immediately before cooking, approximately 12 hours. Melt 1 Tbsp unsalted butter in pan over medium heat. Place thawed lobster cakes in heated pan and cook for 2 minutes per side, until lightly browned.
