Official Terms and Conditions 

The Lucky Lobster – Surprise Catch promotion is valid on June 4–5, 2026 at participating locations excluding all shacks in the state of Maine). During the promotion period, guests who make a qualifying purchase of more than twenty-five ($25) dollars, calculated before tax and after any applied discounts, coupons, and/or promotional credits in-shack will receive one (1) New England–inspired mystery prize package per transaction.

Eligibility & Redemption

• Offer valid in-shack only; online, app, or 3rd party orders are not eligible.
• Limit one (1) mystery prize per qualifying order.
• Offer valid while supplies last; quantities are limited and vary by location.
• Promotion valid only on the dates listed; however, if supplies remain at the end of June 4, they may be distributed on June 5 until depleted.
• Mystery prize packages will be randomly distributed at the time of order fulfillment. Guests may not choose specific prizes.
• Prizes may not be exchanged, except as explicitly outlined in the Grand Prize redemption terms.
• Mystery bags will be provided after the guest purchase transaction.

Prizes

Prizes may include, but are not limited to: Marin lip treatments, keychains, branded car fresheners, stickers/bounce-back offers, hats, blankets, wristlets, and a grand prize of “Lobster for a Year.”

Some prizes may not fit inside the mystery bag. In such cases, guests will receive a redemption card indicating their prize (e.g., blanket, hat, wristlet), which must be redeemed same-day at the shack.

Additional Terms

• Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (defined as spouse or children) of Luke’s Lobster and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion
• No substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents.
• Promotion not valid with third-party delivery or online ordering.
• Management reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time.
• Luke’s Lobster makes no guarantee to the minimum number of mystery bag prize packages available at any individual location.
• Luke’s Lobster is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, or incomplete prize claims or for any injury, loss or damage arising from the participation in the Promotional program or the use of any of its prizes.

• Must present bounceback card at time of redemption
• Offer not valid for Luke’s Online Market.

Instant Prizes (Same-Day, In-Shack Redemption Required)

The following prizes must be redeemed on the same day the ticket is received.

Winning tickets must be presented and surrendered at time of redemption. If the indicated prize is unavailable at the location on the day of redemption, a prize of equal or greater value will be provided at Luke Lobster’s discretion.

Special Prizes

Grand Prize: Lobster for a Year

• Winner must email mktg@lukeslobster.com by June 12, 2026 to claim their prize.
  • Email should include the winning shack, full name, email and phone number of winner.
  • Winner must also alert Manager on Duty at time of winning, at which point Manager will email mktg@lukeslobster.com with winner name, email, and phone number for verification process.
  • Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value. A form 1099 may be issued, if required by law.
  • Prize value: $1,560 USD (equivalent to one lobster roll combo per week for 52 weeks)

Winner must notify and select one (1) of the following, to Luke’s Lobster’s Marketing team:

• Luke’s Lobster Shack gift card, or
• Luke’s Lobster Online Market gift certificate (valid for nationwide shipping via lukeslobster.com)
• Marketing team will coordinate distribution of gift cards equal to at least $1,560.

Additional terms:

• Winner must select one redemption option; no substitutions after selection
• Gift cards/certificates are subject to standard terms and conditions
• Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• This election constitutes the sole exception to the no-exchange policy. Once a redemption option is elected, no further substitutions will be permitted.

General Conditions

• No substitutions, transfers, or cash redemptions of prizes, except as explicitly provided in the Grand Prize redemption terms or a Luke’s Lobster’s sole discretion.
• This Promotion is governed by the law of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this promotion shall be submitted in writing to mktg@lukeslobster.com within thirty (30) calendar days of the event. If unresolved within fifteen (15) business days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Maine.
• Luke’s Lobster reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Right to Modify or Terminate

Luke’s Lobster reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice, including in the event of fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
