Taste - We serve seafood harvested in clean waters, gently handled by fishermen we trust, expertly processed at our own seafood facility in Maine, and cared for at every step to ensure perfect flavor, texture, and food safety.

Community - We honor the work that every person in our supply chain, from fishermen and suppliers, to our production, logistics, and support teams, to our restaurant teams, does to serve incredible seafood and create memorable experiences. We work for the mutual benefit of all these people as well as our customers, partners, and the broader community around us, to achieve equitable opportunity and belonging while creating joyful experiences of connection.
