Most Juicy Scallops

These day boats scallops are the best. We started ordering them last year and now this is the gold standard for scallops in my family. This is my second order in 2 months and we look forward to having more for thanksgivings! They are so well packed and we received it frozen. Simply defrost it in the refrigerator the night before and just grilled it to serve.

It all started in New York City. New York City?? Yep. Luke was working in New York and homesick for Maine. He traveled the city looking for that quintessential taste of home, the Maine lobster roll. Sadly, he couldn’t find one anywhere. Happily, that’s when he and his childhood friend decided to open their first lobster shack. After all, everyone could use a little Maine in their lives.
